Focus Box Gym

The live Focus Box Gym website presents the gym and its services. A branded member portal for login, class booking, payments, and member profiles is in development.

Status: Member portal in development.

What is it?

A website is the public entry point to your business. For Cleopatra Solutions, website work means defining the pages, information and actions people need before choosing a service or making contact. Sites are built on Next.js and deployed on Vercel. The exact pages and features are decided in the project scope.

A website can also connect to a member portal or another system. That connection is not assumed for every site; it has to be specified. The public-facing Focus Box Gym website is live, while its branded member portal for login, class booking, payments and member profiles is in development. Public pages and private member functions answer different needs, so we discuss both when a project requires them.

Cleopatra Solutions serves the United States and Colombia and works in English and Spanish.

Who is it for?

A website project is for an organisation that needs visitors to understand its services and take a clear next step. That may mean replacing an existing site, planning a new one or connecting public pages to a member system. The decision depends on content and operations, not on a fixed package name.

What is included?

We first identify the required pages, content, calls to action and any system connections. The quote then describes what is included. A website for information only differs from a site that also needs member access or another operational workflow.

Page plan
Navigation and page structure are organised around the services you actually provide. The approved page list and content responsibilities are recorded before the final structure is committed.
Build
Cleopatra Solutions builds sites on Next.js and deploys them on Vercel. Those are the named platforms in the current process. Any other platform requirement must be raised during scoping.
Contact path
The site should make the next step visible, whether that is a contact form, a phone call or a request for an audit. The exact form fields and routing are agreed for the project.
Handover
The delivery plan states how the site is reviewed and handed over. Review rounds and handover requirements belong in the written scope.

How long does it take?

The timeline depends on page count, supplied content and any connections to other systems. Next.js and Vercel describe the build and deployment platforms; they do not determine how long your copy, images or approvals will take. We identify those dependencies during the first conversation and state the delivery timeframe in the approved scope.

How do we work?

We begin with a call to learn what the work must do, what already exists and which decisions are still open. Cleopatra Solutions then records the proposed scope and quotes the work in stages. A project starts against that agreed scope; any additions are discussed and quoted separately. The precise handover and support arrangements are written down for the project rather than borrowed from a generic package.

  1. Define We agree which pages and contact actions are required. Supplied text, imagery and approval responsibilities are recorded so the project does not rely on assumed material.
  2. Build and review The approved structure is implemented in Next.js, reviewed against the scope and prepared for deployment on Vercel. Review and acceptance steps are written into the plan.

What does it cost?

Cleopatra Solutions quotes work per project after a call about the required scope. The written quote identifies the work to be delivered and how it is billed in stages; it is not a charge presented in full only at delivery. If requirements change after scope is agreed, the additional work is quoted separately before it is added.

Monthly support is a separate discussion. A support plan states its included change hours, and work beyond those hours is quoted separately. The quote depends on the actual deliverables and dependencies, so a public figure would not tell you what your project requires.

What else should you know?

These are the questions that shape a website proposal. The answers name the platforms and process used to define the work.

Do you build on a page builder?

The stated website stack is Next.js, with deployment on Vercel. If you have a different platform requirement, discuss it before a quote is prepared because integrations or platform constraints may change the scope.

Can the website connect to a member portal?

Yes, that can be considered during scoping. Cleopatra Solutions also builds member portals with Supabase for authentication and data. The specific connection, access rules and pages need to be defined for your project.

How is the project quoted?

Cleopatra Solutions quotes the agreed scope after a call. Work is billed in stages, not in full on delivery. Any task outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is added. The written proposal records the project scope and stage plan.

Can we discuss the project in Spanish?

Yes. Cleopatra Solutions works in English and Spanish and serves the United States and Colombia.

What happens if we need changes after delivery?

Monthly support plans include a set number of change hours. Additional hours or work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. Included hours and support terms are confirmed in the support agreement rather than assumed.
